Regular work environment inspection is carried out to ensure a pleasant and safe work environment and continuous work environment improvement activities are carried out. We ensure the reliability of inspection processes and results thereof, and the results are shared with our employees.

We conduct employee health checkups every year and provide various health promotion programs to promote employee health.

Chemical Management(GHS-MSDS: Material Safety Data Sheet)

The material safety and health data regarding hazardous chemical substances (paints, welding rods, etc.) are electronically registered, managed, posted, and promoted regularly, such that all workers can easily access the information. Also, safety and health educations are being conducted regularly.

Musculoskeletal Disease Prevention Management

In order to create a healthy working environment, we are conducting prevention and management of musculoskeletal diseases. We carry out regular hazards research on burdensome works and carry out musculoskeletal disease prevention programs on a company-wide basis, including prevention stretching, management of persons with health suspicions, operation of disease prevention exercise equipment, and heavy equipment management.
